Content and Customer Consent

The broker is responsible for the content of messages sent through their account, and for obtaining their customers' consent to be contacted over WhatsApp before messaging them.

Mandatory Compliance

You must comply, as a mandatory condition of use, with:

• The WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• Meta's platform terms and policies.
• Applicable laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia.

Prohibited Use

• Spam or unsolicited messaging.
• Any unlawful content or content that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

Suspension and Termination
