Data Deletion Instructions

كيفية طلب الحذف

لطلب حذف بياناتك من منصّة «وسيط» (Waseet)، أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًّا إلى info@unintellai.com يتضمّن المعلومات التالية:

  • اسم الشركة أو المكتب.
  • رقم واتساب المسجّل.
  • البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب.
  • سبب الطلب (اختياري).

مدّة المعالجة

نعالج طلبات الحذف خلال ٣٠ يومًا من استلام الطلب.

ما الذي يُحذف

  • حساب المستخدم.
  • ملف الوسيط وبياناته.
  • معرّفات Meta / WhatsApp المرتبطة (WABA ID، معرّف رقم الهاتف، ورموز الوصول).
  • سجلّ الرسائل.

قد نحتفظ بحدٍّ أدنى من السجلات عندما يُلزمنا النظام بذلك (كالمتطلبات المحاسبية أو القانونية)، ويُحذف ما تبقّى.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data from Waseet (وسيط), email info@unintellai.com with the following:

  • Company or office name.
  • Registered WhatsApp number.
  • Email address associated with the account.
  • Reason for the request (optional).

Processing Time

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your user account.
  • The broker profile and its data.
  • Linked Meta / WhatsApp identifiers (WABA ID, Phone Number ID, and access tokens).
  • Message history.

A minimal set of records may be retained where law requires (e.g. accounting or legal obligations); everything else is deleted.
